After years side by side in San Antonio emergency departments, Lynda and Maria noticed the same gap again and again: patients wanted a provider who would slow down, explain clearly, and treat the whole person, whether the concern was a sinus infection at midnight or a first appointment for wrinkle relaxers. Triple board-certified in Family, Emergency, and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care, with more than fourteen years of emergency medicine experience.
Lynda is a triple board-certified nurse practitioner in Family, Emergency, and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care with more than fourteen years of emergency medicine experience. She is known for staying calm under pressure and for treating every patient as a person first: listening closely, explaining clearly, and never rushing a visit.
Her clinical career spans some of San Antonio's busiest emergency settings, where she has managed high-acuity conditions ranging from heart attack and stroke to trauma and respiratory failure. She is skilled in advanced procedures, resuscitation, and rapid diagnostic decision-making, and currently practices emergency medicine in San Antonio, TX.
Beyond the emergency room, Lynda brings deep leadership experience in value-based care, population health, and quality improvement, having led various clinical-transformation initiatives. She believes great care extends beyond a single visit. It means coordination, follow-through, and building a plan that fits each patient's life.
Lynda's education reflects her commitment to lifelong learning: a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UT Health Science Center at San Antonio, a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas Medical Branch, a post-master's Emergency/Trauma Care Nurse Practitioner certificate from UTHealth Houston, and a post-master's Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certificate from Loyola University New Orleans. She is fluent in medical Spanish and proud to serve the San Antonio community she calls home.
As co-founder and CEO of Fountain of Youth Élite, Lynda pairs her emergency-medicine expertise with her passion for aesthetics and regenerative medicine, helping patients look and feel their absolute best at every stage of life.
Outside of her role as co-founder, Lynda is a devoted wife and mother of three boys, ages 16, 9, and 6. Married to her wonderfully supportive husband for 19 years, she understands both the rewards and challenges of balancing family, work, and self-care. She is intentional about nurturing her physical, mental, and spiritual well-being while caring for her family and pursuing her professional passions. Recognizing that balance requires ongoing effort, she brings this understanding to her compassionate approach to helping patients prioritize their own health and well-being.

Double board-certified Family and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with more than twenty years of experience in healthcare.
Maria is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) with more than twenty years of experience in healthcare. Her nursing journey began in 2004 as a CNA, but her story starts long before that.
Maria moved to the United States from Mexico at the age of 11, not speaking a word of English. She spent her early years working in the fields alongside her parents, learning the value of hard work, discipline, and faith. She carries those roots proudly, believing deeply that the U.S. is a place where dreams truly come true.
Driven by purpose, Maria worked her way up through every level of nursing: LVN, RN (ADN), BSN, and eventually her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. In 2026, she graduated from Loyola University with her post-master's AGACNP, becoming one of the few Latina NPs in the country with dual board certification.
Maria is also an IFBB Wellness Pro, blending her medical expertise with her passion for fitness, wellness, and longevity. Her unique background allows her to approach patient care through both a clinical and lifestyle lens, helping individuals transform their health from the inside out, from medical weight management to exercise and meal plans.
As a mother of three (ages 22, 17, and 13), Maria understands the balance between family, career, and personal growth. She loves traveling, spending time at the gym, and going to church with her family. She is engaged to her fiancé, who supports her mission of empowering others to live healthier, stronger lives.
Maria's story is one of perseverance, faith, and purpose, from the fields of her childhood to the exam rooms of her clinic. She brings that same energy to every patient she serves.
