Élite Telehealth

Urgent Care From Your Couch, Not a Waiting Room

A sick visit should not mean a two-hour wait beside other sick people. See a nurse practitioner on your phone within minutes of booking.

Élite Telehealth offers a convenient, secure way to consult with a licensed nurse practitioner from the comfort of home, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Book a virtual visit for a new, non-emergency illness, describe your symptoms, and your provider develops an individualized care plan on the spot. When it is medically appropriate, prescriptions, laboratory orders, and imaging referrals are all included in the visit fee.

Both of our co-founders spent more than a decade in San Antonio emergency departments, so they know exactly which concerns are safe to treat by video and which need hands-on care. If your provider orders labs that can be collected at home, our mobile lab concierge schedules a collection at your door. Skip the trip to the lab and get back to feeling better.

Sound Familiar?

Reasons Texans Book a Virtual Urgent Care Visit

The situations we see most often, and how a video visit resolves them.

  1. It Is 11 PM and Your Child Has an Earache

A provider evaluates symptoms by video and sends treatment to a 24-hour pharmacy.

  2. UTI Symptoms Started on a Saturday

Get evaluated, treated, and have labs ordered without waiting for Monday.

  3. A Rash You Cannot Identify

Show your provider on camera; most skin concerns are diagnosed visually.

  4. You Need a Refill Before a Trip

Eligible maintenance medications can be refilled during a quick visit.

  5. Flu Symptoms and a Full Workday

A fifteen-minute visit from your desk, with a work note if you need one.

Fifteen Minutes to a Plan

How a Telehealth Urgent Care Visit Works

Four steps from your phone to your pharmacy, usually within the hour.

  1. Book the Next Slot

Choose Élite Telehealth Urgent Care on our patient platform, any hour.

  2. Quick Online Intake

Share symptoms, allergies, and your preferred pharmacy before the visit.

  3. Video Visit With an NP

Your provider evaluates, explains the plan, and answers your questions.

  4. Treatment Sent, Labs Scheduled

Prescriptions go to your pharmacy; mobile labs are coordinated if ordered.

Patient Voices

Why Patients Trust Our Nurse Practitioners With Urgent Care

"Love how truthful they are about what services you need. Finally found someone that will listen to your concerns and not just out to take your money. I highly recommend coming here. They are gonna get me as a regular. I love how sweet and nice Linda and Maria are. I will be back."

Judy O'Malley

"Absolute amazing care team! Made me feel comfortable and excited to start a new wellness!"

Angelina Jaurrieta

October 2026

"Lynda and Maria at Fountain of Youth Élite took care of Destini for her Botox, and we will be back. Both of them were hands-on the whole visit. They made her feel safe, kept it fun, and still took the time to educate her while they worked. You can tell it is a nurse practitioner clinic, not a rushed med spa. Medical, aesthetics, and wellness under one roof, and they actually explain what they are doing. We recommend them, and we are lifetime customers."

Telehealth FAQs

Virtual Urgent Care Questions, Answered

Is telehealth urgent care really available 24/7?

Yes. Élite Telehealth runs around the clock, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Book the next available slot on our patient platform, complete a short intake, and a licensed nurse practitioner meets you by secure video for a visit that usually takes about fifteen minutes.

What does the telehealth visit fee include?

The visit fee covers your evaluation and care plan, and when medically appropriate, prescriptions sent to your pharmacy, laboratory orders, and imaging or diagnostic referrals. Our mobile lab concierge is included for eligible home collections. Medications, lab testing, and imaging are billed separately by those providers.

Do I have to live in San Antonio to use telehealth?

No. Telehealth urgent care is available to anyone physically located in Texas at the time of the visit, from Houston and Dallas to El Paso and the Valley. Our clinic is in San Antonio, but your video visit happens wherever you are.

Can you prescribe antibiotics or other medications online?

When it is clinically appropriate, yes. Your provider can send antibiotics, antivirals, allergy treatments, and many other prescriptions to the pharmacy you choose. Controlled substances are not prescribed through telehealth urgent care, and some conditions require an in-person exam first.

What if my condition cannot be treated by video?

Your provider will tell you honestly and point you to the right level of care, whether that is an in-person clinic, imaging, or the emergency department. Telehealth is never for emergencies; if you are experiencing chest pain, trouble breathing, or another emergency, call 911.

Telehealth visits are for non-emergency concerns. Not every condition can be safely evaluated virtually; your provider will tell you if an in-person visit, imaging, or emergency care is needed. If this is an emergency, call 911. Medication, lab, and imaging charges are separate from the visit fee.
