Virtual Urgent Care for DFW

Skip I-35E and See a Provider From Your Dallas Couch

The same nurse practitioners who run our San Antonio clinic are a video call away for anyone in the Metroplex.

In Dallas, a sick day can turn into a whole day lost to I-35E, the 635 interchange, and a crowded waiting room in Plano or Frisco. Élite Telehealth gives DFW residents a faster path. Book a video visit at any hour, see a board-certified Texas nurse practitioner within minutes, and have your prescription waiting at a pharmacy near you, from Uptown to Fort Worth.

The visit fee covers more than a conversation. When appropriate, it includes prescriptions, medication refills for eligible drugs, lab orders, and imaging referrals, plus the mobile lab concierge where service is available. Dallas patients who want ongoing care can join our weight management and testosterone replacement programs by video during business hours, with labs drawn locally in DFW.

Four Steps From Dallas

How a Dallas Telehealth Refill or Sick Visit Works

Book, share, talk, and pick up. The whole thing usually fits inside a lunch break in the Metroplex.

  1. Book Around Your Day

Choose the next open telehealth slot, before work in Plano or after bedtime in Oak Cliff.

  2. Upload Your Details

Share symptoms, current medications, and the Dallas pharmacy where you want prescriptions sent.

  3. Talk Face to Face on Video

Your nurse practitioner evaluates you, answers questions, and decides what is safe to treat remotely.

  4. Pharmacy, Labs, or Referral

Orders go out electronically across DFW; mobile lab collection is arranged if your address qualifies.

"Absolute amazing care team! Made me feel comfortable and excited to start a new wellness!"

"Lynda and Maria at Fountain of Youth Élite took care of Destini for her Botox, and we will be back. Both of them were hands-on the whole visit. They made her feel safe, kept it fun, and still took the time to educate her while they worked. You can tell it is a nurse practitioner clinic, not a rushed med spa. Medical, aesthetics, and wellness under one roof, and they actually explain what they are doing. We recommend them, and we are lifetime customers."

"Love how truthful they are about what services you need. Finally found someone that will listen to your concerns and not just out to take your money. I highly recommend coming here. They are gonna get me as a regular. I love how sweet and nice Linda and Maria are. I will be back."

Dallas Questions

Telehealth Answers for Dallas and Fort Worth Patients

Is telehealth with you available across the whole Metroplex?

Yes. Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Irving, and every suburb in between are covered, because our nurse practitioners hold Texas licenses and treat patients by video anywhere in the state. You simply need to be in Texas at the time of the visit, and you book through our platform.

Can I refill a maintenance medication by video from Dallas?

In many cases, yes. Eligible prescriptions like blood pressure, allergy, or thyroid medication can be reviewed and refilled during a telehealth visit when clinically appropriate, then sent to your Dallas pharmacy. Controlled substances are never prescribed by telehealth. Bring your bottle or a photo of the label to the video call.

What if my Dallas visit needs labs or imaging?

Your provider can order lab work and refer you for imaging as part of the visit fee when appropriate. Labs are drawn at a facility near you in DFW, or through our mobile lab concierge if your address falls within a service area with availability. Lab and imaging charges are billed separately.

Do Dallas patients get the same providers as San Antonio patients?

Yes. Video visits are run by the same nurse practitioners who own and operate the San Antonio clinic. Lynda Okafor and Maria Rendon are both bilingual and board-certified, with more than a decade each in emergency and hospital medicine, and they bring the same judgment to every Dallas telehealth decision.

Telehealth visits are for non-emergency concerns. Not every condition can be safely evaluated virtually; your provider will tell you if an in-person visit, imaging, or emergency care is needed. If this is an emergency, call 911. Medication, lab, and imaging charges are separate from the visit fee.
