Yes. Telehealth urgent care runs 24/7 for anyone physically in Texas, so a 3 AM sore throat after a night shift gets a video visit, not a waiting room. Wellness programs like TRT and peptides are scheduled during business hours, and the clinic is open until 7 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Yes. Both co-founders are bilingual. Lynda Okafor is fluent in medical Spanish, and Maria Rendon grew up speaking Spanish after moving from Mexico at age eleven. Any visit, from a telehealth urgent care call to a hormone consultation, can be conducted in Spanish or English, whichever your family prefers.
A peptide consultation is a 30-minute visit, in person or virtual, where your provider reviews your goals, health history, and recent labs. If peptides are clinically appropriate, you receive a provider-guided protocol with clear instructions. Many Schertz patients pair peptides with TRT or fitness coaching. Individual results vary.
