If your provider orders lab work that is suitable for home collection, our Mobile Lab Concierge contacts you by text or phone after the visit to schedule a collection at your door. It is included in the visit fee, subject to service area, specimen requirements, and availability.

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Telehealth is for non-emergency concerns only. Chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, and similar emergencies need in-person care immediately, and our providers will tell you so if they see warning signs on a call.

IV hydration, injectables, and in-clinic lab draws require a visit to Medical Drive. Mobile lab collection is available for eligible telehealth patients.

The deposit reserves dedicated time with a provider and is credited toward the total cost of any treatment, service, or product you purchase, so it is not an additional fee when you proceed. It is non-refundable for no-shows, and a consultation can be rescheduled one time.

We are a self-pay practice, which keeps visits unhurried and pricing transparent. Many patients use HSA or FSA cards for telehealth, lab, and wellness visits; aesthetic treatments are not covered by insurance. Itemized receipts are available for anything you want to submit.

The clinic is open Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM, the same as weekdays, and closed on Sunday. Telehealth urgent care is available every day of the year, 24 hours a day, so Sunday sick visits are still covered by video.
