Fountain of Youth Élite sits inside the Northwest Medical Center of San Antonio at 4115 Medical Drive, Suite 210, a few blocks from Methodist Hospital, University Hospital, and the office towers along Fredericksburg Road. Co-founders Lynda Okafor and Maria Rendon spent years in San Antonio emergency rooms and hospital units, and they built the clinic so colleagues could get Jeuveau, dermal fillers, and hormone care without leaving the district.
Being this close changes how people use us. Nurses book a Botox touch-up at lunch, physicians schedule IV hydration after a long call shift, and administrative staff start GLP-1 weight management with labs drawn in the same suite. Parking is free, the suite is quiet, and when you cannot come in, telehealth keeps your plan moving from home.

Turn in from Medical Drive, park for free in the lot, and follow the Suite 210 sign on Building 200. Most hospital staff walk or drive over in under ten minutes.
Yes. A Jeuveau appointment is booked for 45 minutes, but the injections take only a few minutes once your plan is set. Nurses, residents, and clinic staff from Methodist, University, and the surrounding offices come over at lunch and return to work with no downtime. Results appear over several days and vary by person.
Both. Parking at 4115 Medical Drive is free, which is rare in the Medical Center, and there is no garage. The clinic is open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM, so you can book an evening visit after a day shift or a Saturday morning slot before the weekend starts.
No referral is needed for any service. Book Élite Injectables, a 30-minute consultation, or telehealth urgent care directly on our platform. Consultations carry a $50 deposit that is credited toward your treatment. If you want labs, hormone testing, or a weight management plan, your first visit can happen in person or by video.
