Which wellness services can be done by telehealth?
Weight management, women's and men's hormone therapy, and peptide therapy can all be started and followed by video during regular business hours. That covers consultations, lab reviews, dose adjustments, and routine check-ins. IV hydration and in-clinic injectables still require a visit to our Medical Center suite.
Are virtual wellness visits available 24/7 like urgent care?
No. Virtual wellness care is scheduled through Élite Consultations during regular business hours, Monday through Saturday, because these visits involve planning, lab review, and ongoing treatment rather than a one-time illness. Telehealth urgent care remains open around the clock for sudden, non-emergency concerns.
How are labs handled for a telehealth hormone follow-up?
Your nurse practitioner orders the labs during your video visit. If you are inside our mobile lab service area, our concierge team schedules a home collection. Otherwise, you can use a nearby lab or stop by our clinic. Results are reviewed together at your next virtual visit so your plan stays current.
Can I start a weight management program entirely online?
In many cases, yes. The consultation, lab orders, and ongoing follow-ups happen by video, and when a GLP-1 or other medication is clinically appropriate it is sent to your Texas pharmacy. Some patients benefit from an in-person visit for measurements or injection teaching, and your provider will let you know. Individual results vary.
Is there a deposit for a virtual wellness consultation?
Yes. Élite Consultations require a consultation deposit that is credited toward your treatment. The deposit is non-refundable for no-shows, and one reschedule is allowed. This keeps appointment times available for patients who are ready to begin, and it applies the same way whether you book virtually or in person.
