How private is a telehealth sexual health visit?
Completely. You meet your nurse practitioner by secure, encrypted video from wherever you are comfortable, and the only people on the call are you and your provider. Nothing about the visit is shared outside your protected medical record. Many patients prefer this to sitting in a waiting room for the same conversation.
Can erectile dysfunction treatment be prescribed online?
When clinically appropriate, yes. Your provider reviews your health history, current medications, and heart health, then discusses whether ED treatment is a safe fit. Some patients need labs first, and some need an in-person evaluation. Controlled substances are never prescribed by telehealth, and individual results vary.
How does STI testing work if I never come to the clinic?
Your nurse practitioner orders the appropriate STI tests during the visit. If you are inside our mobile lab service area, our concierge team contacts you by text or phone to schedule a discreet home collection. Otherwise we direct you to a nearby lab. Results are reviewed with you, and treatment is arranged when needed.
Could my ED be related to low testosterone?
It can be one factor among several, which is why we look at the whole picture: sleep, stress, blood sugar, blood pressure, medications, and hormone labs when indicated. If low testosterone is suspected, your provider can discuss testosterone replacement therapy as a separate, supervised program. Many men find ED improves when underlying causes are addressed.
Do you see women for sexual health concerns too?
Yes. Women book for STI screening, vaginal symptoms, low libido, pain with intimacy, and hormone-related changes around perimenopause and menopause. Both co-founders are women and both are bilingual, so you can have the conversation in English or Spanish with a provider who understands. Hormone therapy is available when appropriate.
