Pick Élite Telehealth Urgent Care for a sick visit, refill, or sexual health concern by video. Choose Élite Injectables for Jeuveau or dermal filler at the clinic. Choose Élite Consultations for hormone therapy, peptides, weight management, filler dissolving, or any service you want to discuss first.
The deposit reserves your consultation time and is credited in full toward any treatment, service, or product you purchase, so it is not an extra fee when you move forward. It is non-refundable if you no-show, and a consultation may be rescheduled one time before a new deposit is required.
Injectable appointments are listed twice. Choose New Patient if this is your first visit with us so the platform collects a full history and intake forms. Choose Current Patient if you have been treated here before; your intake is already on file and the booking is faster.
You receive a confirmation with secure intake forms to complete before the visit. Telehealth patients get a video link for the scheduled time. In-person patients come to Suite 210 at 4115 Medical Drive. Need to change plans? Rescheduling is handled on the same platform.
Each patient needs their own account on the platform so records and authorizations stay separate, but you can create and manage a profile for a minor child or a dependent adult. For a sick child tonight, book Telehealth Urgent Care under their profile and join the video together.
