Yes. Our nurse practitioners are licensed in Texas and see patients by video anywhere in the state, so Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, and the Texas Medical Center area are all covered. The only requirement is that you are physically in Texas during the visit, not that you live near San Antonio.
How does a video visit beat a Houston urgent care wait?
You skip the drive on I-10 or the 610 Loop entirely. Book the next open slot on our platform at any hour, complete a short intake, and connect with a nurse practitioner for about fifteen minutes. When appropriate, prescriptions are sent electronically to the Houston pharmacy you choose right after the visit.
Can I get labs drawn at home in Houston?
Possibly. The Mobile Lab Concierge is included with a telehealth visit when your provider orders labs, but home collection depends on service area, specimen type, and availability, and it is not available around the clock. Our team contacts you after the visit to confirm whether a Houston collection can be scheduled.
Can Houston patients do weight management or TRT with you?
Yes, by video during regular business hours. GLP-1 weight management, women's hormone therapy, testosterone replacement, and peptide programs all start with a 30-minute virtual consultation and labs drawn locally in Houston. Injectables and IV hydration are only offered in person at our San Antonio clinic, about three hours west on I-10.
Telehealth visits are for non-emergency concerns. Not every condition can be safely evaluated virtually; your provider will tell you if an in-person visit, imaging, or emergency care is needed. If this is an emergency, call 911. Medication, lab, and imaging charges are separate from the visit fee.
