Yes. Our nurse practitioners are licensed statewide, so Corpus Christi, Portland, Rockport, Port Aransas, Kingsville, and the rest of the Coastal Bend are covered by the same 24/7 service. Visitors count too: as long as you are physically in Texas during the video visit, you can be seen.
I am on vacation at Padre Island and got sick. Can you help?
Yes. Tourists and winter Texans use our telehealth for exactly this: swimmer's ear after a day in the surf, a bad sunburn, a stomach bug, or a sinus infection that ruined the trip. Book any hour, and prescriptions go to a pharmacy near your rental or hotel on the island or in Flour Bluff.
Can Naval Air Station Corpus Christi families use this service?
Yes. Anyone physically in Texas can book, including military families stationed at NAS Corpus Christi or living in Flour Bluff. Telehealth works well for after-hours sick visits when a spouse is deployed and the kids are home. It is not a replacement for military health benefits or for emergency care.
Can I get lab testing without driving to San Antonio?
Yes. Your provider can order labs during the visit, and they are drawn at a facility near you in Corpus Christi. Mobile lab concierge collection is subject to service area and availability, so our team confirms after the visit whether a home draw is possible. Results are reviewed with you by video.
Telehealth visits are for non-emergency concerns. Not every condition can be safely evaluated virtually; your provider will tell you if an in-person visit, imaging, or emergency care is needed. If this is an emergency, call 911. Medication, lab, and imaging charges are separate from the visit fee.
