Telehealth Across Two Time Zones

Bilingual Urgent Care for El Paso, Any Hour on Either Clock

Distance and time zones do not matter on a video call. Language does, which is why both of our owners speak Spanish.

El Paso sits more than 500 miles from San Antonio and an hour behind it on the clock, but a video visit erases both. Élite Telehealth connects Sun City families, UTEP students, and Fort Bliss households with a board-certified Texas nurse practitioner at any hour, in English or Spanish. Prescriptions go to the pharmacy you choose, whether that is on Mesa Street or out in the Eastside.

Spanish is not an afterthought here. Both co-founders are bilingual, and Maria Rendon immigrated from Mexico at eleven, so the care feels familiar to a border community. When appropriate, the visit fee includes prescriptions and refills, lab orders, imaging referrals, and mobile lab coordination where available. Weight management and hormone therapy are offered by video during business hours.

Reviews El Paso Families Will Recognize

"Love how truthful they are about what services you need. Finally found someone that will listen to your concerns and not just out to take your money. I highly recommend coming here. They are gonna get me as a regular. I love how sweet and nice Linda and Maria are. I will be back."

"Lynda and Maria at Fountain of Youth Élite took care of Destini for her Botox, and we will be back. Both of them were hands-on the whole visit. They made her feel safe, kept it fun, and still took the time to educate her while they worked. You can tell it is a nurse practitioner clinic, not a rushed med spa. Medical, aesthetics, and wellness under one roof, and they actually explain what they are doing. We recommend them, and we are lifetime customers."

El Paso Questions

Preguntas Frecuentes From El Paso Patients

Can I do my whole visit in Spanish?

Sí, claro. Both co-founders are bilingual. Lynda Okafor is fluent in medical Spanish and Maria Rendon grew up in Mexico before immigrating at eleven. Choose Spanish or English for your El Paso visit, and your symptoms, instructions, and prescription details are explained in that language, with no interpreter or family translator needed.

Does the Mountain time zone affect booking from El Paso?

No. Telehealth urgent care is open 24 hours a day, every day, so the one-hour gap between El Paso and San Antonio never gets in the way. Wellness consultations follow Central business hours, so plan those an hour earlier on your El Paso clock, and confirm the zone when you book.

Can Fort Bliss families and soldiers use this service?

Yes. Anyone physically in Texas can book, including military families living on or near Fort Bliss. Telehealth is useful for a spouse with a UTI at midnight or a child with an ear infection on a holiday. It does not replace your military health benefits or emergency care; for emergencies, call 911.

Is home lab collection offered in El Paso?

Mobile lab concierge coverage depends on service area and availability, and West Texas is a long way from San Antonio, so home collection may not be possible. If your provider orders labs, our team will tell you after the visit whether a mobile draw can be scheduled or direct you to a nearby lab.

Telehealth visits are for non-emergency concerns. Not every condition can be safely evaluated virtually; your provider will tell you if an in-person visit, imaging, or emergency care is needed. If this is an emergency, call 911. Medication, lab, and imaging charges are separate from the visit fee.
